Booking with deposits : 
Booking with full passport details of travellers and 40% of the trip cost should reach us at least one month before the trip departure. The remaining balance of the trip cost 60% is due upon arrival in Nepal, Payable at Nepal Dream Path Treks and Expedition P. Ltd.

Confirmation: Confirmation of the trip is made only after the deposit is received and thereafter notified to the concerned client via e-mail.

Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance from your home country that protects you and your investment in the event of a sudden emergency before or during your trip and coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, illness, damage, loss or theft or baggage as well as emergency by helicopter.

Cancellations: There shall be a cancellation charge of 50% for the confirmed booking up to 7 days prior to departure and no refund thereafter. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
60-30 days 20% of the total trip cost
29-15 days 35% of the total trip cost
14-08 days 50% of the total trip cost
07-00 days 100% of the total trip cost
